WHAT DO SALES REPRESENTATIVE DO?

Sales representatives sell goods and services to customers. Sales representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales representatives will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals etc. Sales representatives will sometimes focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the fiel. Often, sales representatives will have a combination inside/outside sales job.

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS TOWARDS YOU?

• To promote and sale Plast-Lasgo’s products and services, both to potential customers and to existing ones in order to achieve sales target
• To develop our customer portfolio and increase sales volume
• To increase the number of direct partners and resellers

• Exceptional skills:
  • A high level in English or German (other languages are an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales orientated
  • Confidence and perseverence in achieving goals
  • A positive and a ”can do” attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
